(Public Switched Telephony Network) is the analogue network for business customers in the UK. Analogue lines are single lines that are primarily used for making voice calls, connecting to fax machines and connecting to a modem for dial up internet.

Installation of new PSTN lines to business customers in 7 working days. A BT engineer will arrive and fit the equipment accordingly.

Transferring your PSTN lines takes only 13 working days and is completely free. In joining you will benefit from substantial savings on your calls as well as discounts on your line rental.

A range of calling features are available on your analogue line once you have transferred or had a new line installed.

PSTN Select Services

We can provide a variety of Select Services for analogue lines. Never miss another business call with Call Diversion, Call Waiting and Call Minder. Also, you can keep in control of your telephony with e-Alerts – a service where are emails that are sent to you when, for example, an expensive or out of hours call appears on your account. This service allows you to set up and configure your own call criteria and conditions online.

Call Diversion Allows you to divert calls to almost any phone - anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations or a mobile phone!
Call Waiting Tells you if someone is trying to call when you’re already on the phone.
Three Way Calling Allows you talk to two people at the same time - even if one of them is abroad!
Call Barring Stops certain calls being made from your phone.
Answer 1571 Takes messages for you when you are unavailable or your line is engaged.
Call Minder Like Answer 1571, with the additional advantage of remote access and the option of having personalised messages.
Reminder Call Rings you at the time you set.
Ring Back Calls to let you know when an engaged number becomes free.
Caller Display Displays the number calling you.
Call Sign Call Sign allows End Users to distinguish between incoming calls on the same line.
Choose to refuse Enables you to bar the telephone number of the last answered incoming call.
Answer 1571 Takes messages for you when you are unavailable or your line is engaged.
Number Withheld Prevents the person you are calling from seeing your number.
1471 Extra Lists the last 5 numbers to call you.
Anonymous Call Reject Allows you to block calls from people who have withheld their numbers.
